“I worked on Extraction of metabolomics on holopelagic Sargassum in the research project : SAVE-C. I am particularly interested in the valorisation of marine organisms in the blue biotechnology field.”

“I find physiology fascinating and I like understanding how organisms works. During my internship, I worked on the long retention of domoic acid in the digestive gland of the king scallop using immunohistochemistry.”

“I like to study the impact of human pollution on the physiology of marine organisms. During my intershing, my job was to identify bacteria present in the digestive gland of bivalves that can potentially degrade the domoic acid produced by diatoms with the aim of producing probiotics so that the scallops eliminate the toxin more quickly.”
Molecular biology, microbiology and physiology

“My research interests are fish physiology and molecular biology, particularly the effects of the environnement on their organism. During my last internship, I have worked on the effects of dietary peptides on bone development of fish with the aim of formulating diets that guarantee their skeletal integrity.”
Physiology, ecotoxicology and molecular biology

“During my internship, I I estimated the ecological quality of estuaries using proteomic of flounder. I’m interested in marine organisms’ physiology modification or adaptation induced by environmental changes and impact of new inputs.

“I worked on genetic diversity and phylogeography of the bivalve Senilia senilis, in the Sine-Salum, Senegal. Marine resources valorisation, applied to fields such as health and biotechnology innovation, is a way to blossom myself.
