Life on board

Logbook :

The logbook is written by the students of the Floating University. Every 3 days, they offer you a summary of their experience on board, between scientific activities, discoveries and relaxation.


Day 1-3: the departure

Day 4 – 5: preparation of the equipment

Day 6 – 8: Leg 1 starts

Day 9 – 11: science, seminars and karaoke !

Day 12 – 14: marine mammals and preparation of the Leg 2

Day 15 – 19: Change of course

Day 20 – 25: a stormy sea

Day 26 – 29: last scientific operations

Day 30 – 33: the end of a scientific and human journey
